BIG OAK KOMBUCHA
Combining tartness, the earthiness of herbs, the sweetness of fruit, and fizzy carbonation, kombucha is often thought of as a healthy soda alternative. BIG OAK KOMBUCHA is the creation of Matthew Zitterkob, a longtime kombucha-brewer and advocate for sustainability and local ingredients. He has been home-brewing many varieties of kombucha for 10+ years, and in April of 2015, started production for Big Oak Kombucha. Big Oak uses 100% organic or locally-sourced ingredients, like prickly pear, ginger, and lime, just to name a few. We have steadily added to and improved the health and diversity of our kombucha’s probiotic properties. Big Oak comes in a variety of flavors, with more being created all the time. Big Oak Kombucha is available in bottles for takeaway enjoyment, as well as kegs enjoyed straight from draft or for mixing in cocktails.
